Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, for items that you wish to purchase click “add to cart”. When you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for personal and payment details that we require to satisfy your order. You will be sent an Order Confirmation email detailing the product you have ordered.
Non Acceptance of Order
Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following; the product you ordered being unavailable from the manufacturer; our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; the identification of a pricing or product description error.
The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must agree to only use your card in accordance with the card issuer’s terms and conditions.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices that appear on the website are correct at the time when entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, product descriptions may not always reflect the position exactly at the time you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Non Acceptance policy.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice. Whilst we try our utmost to ensure that all details including prices displayed on this website are correct and up to date, however, we cannot guarantee this.
Please note illustrations of products may not always fully reflect the supplied item and may be subject to variations, eg mattress fabric colour/pattern and natural wood finishes.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch or Maestro. Full payment will be taken at the time of order.
All credit/debit payments are subject to validation checks and the authorisation of by the card issuer.
We deliver FREE within mainland UK. Please contact us for delivery charges outside of this area. For security reasons we will only deliver to the card holder's registered address. We will endeavour to adhere to approximate delivery times as stated against individual products subject to reasonable precautions. If in the event of you failing to be at the property at the pre-arranged delivery time, a £60 re-delivery charge will be incurred. Standard delivery is Monday – Friday.
Delivery will be made to your front door, however, upon prior arrangement certain products will be placed in your room of choice providing access is clear. Any reasonable instructions made by you within the property will be undertaken with due care and skill.
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website. However, under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish provided you notify us in writing, including fax and email within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the product. If you decided to exercise your right to cancel and if you have simply changed your mind we ask you not to unwrap the product. If you wish to try a mattress, we request the original sealed plastic covering be left on. However in the case of roll-up mattresses, please use a suitable covering and ensure the mattress is kept in its original condition until the product is returned. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the product to us in an undamaged, original condition at your own expense, however we will arrange collection of the product if required at a cost of £100. If you wish us to collect the product, please let us know and we will notify you within 21 days with a convenient date as to when the product will be collected. Reasonable costs may be deducted from your refund if the returned goods are not saleable as new, for example, because of any damage to them.
We will refund the price of the product as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days, in full once we have received and verified the returned item.
All the products on our website are subject to a one year Manufacturers Guarantee other than where stated differently.
You are requested to check all products on delivery and any defects must be promptly reported to our Customer Service Team by telephone on 01252 543000 between 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday.
